Job Description
Brighter Beginnings Behavioral Services is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We are currently hiring RBTs to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout the Phoenix, Arizona area.
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who works under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT is responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA, collecting accurate data during therapy sessions, and collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team to support each client's progress. The RBT will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and adherence to BACB ethical standards under the supervision of the assigned BCBA.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field preferred.
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willingness to obtain certification within the required timeframe.
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
Valid Arizona Driver's License (or the ability to obtain one), reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
Ability to travel throughout the Phoenix, Arizona area to provide in-home ABA therapy services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team.
Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check.
Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification before providing services.
Previous experience as an RBT is preferred but not required.
